Tony concentrates his practice in labor and employment as well as school law litigation and counsel.


He provides advice and counsel to employers and municipalities, including school districts, about their rights and obligations under federal and state laws and regulations. He advises on all aspects of labor and employment compliance, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, reductions in force, work force management, employment policies and handbooks as well as other employment-related matters. Tony also has experience with labor negotiations, union certification and decertification campaigns, unfair labor practice litigation and contract administration, including grievance arbitration. He regularly represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission. In addition, he conducts employment-related training for management. His primary client base includes private (various industries) and public (counties, cities and school districts) employers of all sizes.
